BILLING POLICY
The Mixed Billing policy effective from 5th October 2024*
- (Weekdays) Standard Consultation $90; Long Consultation $150; Very Long Consultation $230
- (Weekends and Public Holidays) Standard Consultation $105; Long Consultation $190; Very Long Consultation $290
- Full Private fee (without rebate) applies if the patient is not physically present in the consultation
- All consultations before 9 AM and from 5 PM appointment time Monday to Friday and all day weekends and Public Holidays attract FULL private fee for ALL patients (No Discounts No Bulk bill).

^Repeat and lost scripts, medical certificate without consult will attract a private fee. Lost scripts will be at the patient's expense.
The following appointment types will remain to be Bulk Billed between 9 AM and before 5 PM (Monday – Friday only) -
- "Routine Script Only” appointments; are written routinely (regularly here) by doctors in this practice.
- Flu/COVID vaccinations
- Children immunizations
- INR (Warfarin) check
- Immunotherapy Injections – Nurse Only
- Vitamin B12 injections, Prolia Injection, Antipsychotic Injections, Depo contraception (Depo Ralovera/Depo Provera)
- Children under 16yrs of age, Age (66 & Over) Pensioners, valid healthcare cardholders - see exceptions below*
*Please Note the following consultations are Privately billed at all times including Children less than 16 yrs and Pensioners (No Bulk Billing)
- All New patients
- Healthcare cardholders

- Long Consultations (20 minutes or longer)
- Multiple Issues or Concerns in the same consultation (2 or more)

Cancellation policy
We require a minimum of 4 hours' notice to cancel a booked appointment. If you do not attend a booked appointment, a $50 fee will be charged. Early morning appointments must be canceled the night before. Monday morning appointments must be canceled Friday before.
