Billing policy as below is applicable from 1st March 2020.

Cancellation policy
If you do not attend a booked appointment, a $40 fee will be charged. We require a minimum of 2 hours notice to cancel a booked appointment. Early morning appointments must be cancelled the night before. Monday morning appointments must be cancelled Friday before.
-Any consultation or procedure outside general consultation will attract a fee: Please discuss with our reception staff or your doctor.
-Mental Health plan or review will attract a gap of $40; full fee to be paid on the day by the patient and you get your rebate from Medicare; please ask your doctor.
-Travel advice and immunization, pre-employment advice / pre-employment immunization are privately billed.
-Whole body skin check, syringing are privately billed
-All Work-related injury consultations require full payment on the day unless you have a claim number.
