You can access your records by visiting the Centre and completing a consent form which can then allows your record to be sent a third party such as a pathologist, other medical practitioner or insurer.
As your results are confidential, our receptionist is not able to give you the results of your test over the phone. We ask you to see your Doctor who will take the time to explain the findings personally with you and ensure any further tests are ordered.
We ask patients to see their Doctor who can review the effectiveness of their medication and if there is need for further pathology tests.
Visit your Doctor who will evaluate your concern and provide you with a medical certificate for your employer.
Visit your Doctor who will assess your injury or illness and, if necessary, make a referral to a specialist.
As a mixed billing practice we offer bulk billing for all patients with Children under the age of 16, Pensioners, Medicare Health Care Cards and Veterans Health Care Cards. Otherwise our fees are $65 for a standard consultation, $110 for a long consultation and $140 for an extended consultation. Our weekend fees are $75 for a standard consultation, $110 for a long consultation and $150 for an extended consultation.
Charges for procedures are based on discussion with your Doctor.
Payment is required on the day of your visit and can be made by cash, Eftpos or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
For Workers’ Compensation visits, patients are charged privately until the employer’s insurer accepts liability. Please let our reception know at the time of making an appointment if your visit is for a Workers’ Compensation consultation.
We required two hours notification otherwise the patient is charged the consultation fee.
